This helped significantly.<br /><br />2) I basted the wings, at the end of the cooking process, in the peanut sauce. The resulting caramelization added another fantastic layer of flavor.<br /><br />Oh, and I switched up the paninis by using leftover steak that I warmed up in a garlic-heavy au jus.
