My (incredible) edible journey began many years ago during a routing hazing ritual known as "Rainier Watch". Starting with grilled steak on a habachi and evolving into a well-rounded arsenal of cooking strategies, my journey has jumped out of my mind and into its own blog, allowing me to see my own culinary maturation.
